Get paid what your
rate con actually says.

Forward your rate cons, BOLs, and invoices to one email address. Elauno compares them and sends you a daily list of what was underbilled, never billed, or short paid. You pay 25% of what you recover. Nothing else.

How it actually works

Setup is one email forwarding rule. After that you do nothing different than you already do.

01

You get an address

When you sign up you get an inbox that belongs to your company:

docs@yourcompany.elauno.io

Set one forwarding rule in Outlook or Gmail so anything from your brokers copies to that address. Takes about two minutes and you never touch it again. Drivers can email BOL photos straight to it from the cab.

02

Documents arrive the way they already do

Rate confirmations, bills of lading, weigh tickets, invoices, remittances. PDFs, faxed scans, and phone photos all work.

Nothing to install. No app on anyone's phone. No change to your TMS. If you would rather drag files into a folder for older loads, you can do that too.

03

Elauno reads them and compares

It pulls the line haul, fuel, accessorials, arrival and departure times, and weights off each document, then matches them by load number and compares what was agreed against what was billed against what was paid.

The arithmetic runs in code, not in a language model. Anything unreadable is reported as unreadable rather than guessed.

04

You get one email a day

Sorted biggest dollars first. If nothing was found, no email.

You decide what to chase

Click any line to see the actual documents side by side and the exact reasoning. Approve it, correct it, or ignore it.

Elauno never emails your brokers or customers. It does not send invoices. It tells you what it found and the decision stays with you.

06

You bill it, and we track what lands

Mark what you rebilled. When the money comes in, that is what the 25% is calculated on.

If you choose not to chase something, or a broker refuses to pay, nothing is owed on it.

Pricing

You should not have to bet on software that has not proven itself on your paperwork yet. So you don't.

Why it's priced this way

Freight bill auditors have charged a share of savings for decades, because it's the only structure where the vendor loses if the work doesn't. Elauno is new and unproven on your documents. Asking for a monthly check before that changes would be asking you to take the risk.

Once there's a year of data on what a carrier your size typically recovers, a flat rate makes more sense for both of us. Until then, this.

Where this actually stands

Elauno runs. The reconciliation works and every number on this page came out of it. What it has not done yet is process a real carrier's paperwork at volume.

Right now I'm looking for a handful of carriers or brokers willing to forward real documents and tell me what it misses. In exchange you get the 25% rate locked permanently, direct say over what gets built, and me answering the phone personally.

If you'd rather wait until it's proven, that's a fair call and I'll come find you later.

Questions

Do I have to install anything?

No. One email forwarding rule is the entire setup. Nothing goes on your computers, your phones, or your trucks. Nobody has to learn a new system.

Do I have to change my TMS?

No. Elauno reads the documents already moving through your email. Your TMS stays exactly as it is. If you later want a direct connection, that can be built, but it's not required and it's not how you start.

What counts as "recovered"?

Money that lands in your account after you rebill or chase something Elauno flagged. You mark what you billed; when payment comes in, that's the base for the 25%. If you decide not to chase it, or the broker refuses, you owe nothing on it.

Will it contact my brokers?

Never. Elauno does not send email to your customers, does not issue invoices, and does not act on your behalf. Your broker relationships are yours and nothing automated goes anywhere near them.

What if a document is a fax or a phone photo?

Those get read visually rather than guessed at, and they face a higher confidence bar than a clean PDF before anything passes without review. A misread digit on a rate line is a billing error you wouldn't catch until the customer disputed it, so anything uncertain gets flagged for a human instead.

Does an AI calculate the dollar amounts?

No. A model reads the documents and identifies which number is the line haul and which is the fuel surcharge. The arithmetic itself runs in code. A model that's 99% right about a subtraction will eventually bill someone wrong, and "the AI calculated it" is not a defense in a dispute.

How long until I see something?

Documents are processed within minutes of arriving. Your first digest comes the next morning. Most carriers forward a few months of old loads at the start, which usually turns something up in the first week.

What happens to my documents?

They're stored so a flagged discrepancy can be traced back to the exact line it came from. Your data is yours alone, never pooled with other carriers, never sold, and never used to train any model. Details in the privacy policy.

Worth thinking about before you write: how much do you figure you lose in a year to detention nobody billed and short pays nobody chased?

Most people say they have no idea. That's the problem.
